In this short I give a short overview of the market situation for short and medium-term rentals and airbnb management in London in February 2021. We have seen an increase of temporarty accommodation requests from our insurance partners, a few guests who are inbetween rental contracts and need a place to stay as well as contractors, who previously used to stay in hotels, that are currently closed.
We have also noticed first signs of improvement and received bookings for later in the year - mainly June, July and August of 2021. Taking into account that the vaccination programme in the UK is going ahead very successfully we are hopefully that international travel will start returning in late spring and early summer.
